Tired

Okay, damn it.

I have been sick for four, count em four weeks now. Clif brought home the virus from hell and low and behold it has turn into a lung infection in me. I have no energy, a monster cough, and an errand shelf life of about two hours. I cannot seem to get anything done.

I can get up and go for about two hours on the weekends and then just want to lie down and sleep.

Work is less productive and its a real struggle to get there in the mornings. I'm just so tired its like I have to fight to move in the mornings. By the end of the day, I'm just staring at the computer and my chest and back hurt from coughing so much.

My doctor (who I've seen twice now) keeps using the term walking pheumonia (I know I did not spell that right but the dictionary is in the other room and its gonna stay there...reference the no energy comment above). That phrase makes me nervous. It's not like I can actually take time off work or rest or anything. I have a house, work, a husband, and a sister-in-laws wedding in two weeks (complete with bustle dresses, men in cavalry uniforms with swords, and a cranky ass father-in-law).

I was warmed yesterday that these are "good ole Georgia boys" and that given my figure I should expect touching and pinching. Well, as long as they understand that I will take there hands off with their own f*&^&^$% swords then. I do not like touching without permission and only 4-5 people have my permission to touch me without explicit leave to do so and these best men/men of honor what ever they are called are not on that list. So unless they look like Ewan McGreggor or Robbie Williams, keep hands off the little red head...she bites! And she's diseased.

I just can't see this wedding go off without a hitch. Not given this bunch. Did I mention there's no alcohol at the reception?

I will be sure to keep you posted.
